The owner Joe Napoli is not just Italian, he is Sicilian. Sicily is the largest Mediterranean island, located at the tip of Italy’s boot. It has seen the passage of a diversity of cultures across 3,000 years, a history reflected in its multicultural architecture, cuisine and ancient ruins. The restaurant is named after Joe’s mother Rosa who comes from the Sicilian town Tonnarella.  Joe is a passionate, vibrant and a colourful individual who represents the true culture and tastes of Sicily which is found at his restaurant.

Alberto is our “Pizzaiolo”, that is a pizza “chef” superstar. A key member of our team, Alberto brings years of experience and passion in every pizza he makes. His creations combine local ingredients and a traditional approach, producing pizzas that we are proud to serve

Sam is our Operations Manager and it’s thanks to his attention to detail that you can enjoy the great taste of Sicily every day. He is also the point of reference for any suggestions, which we welcome with open arms.
